You’ll partner with UX & CX specialists as you incorporate human centred design thinking into your approach, whilst also supporting a critical ServiceNow implementation. What you will be doing Engage effectively with business and digital stakeholders including users of the proposed solution. Identify and analyse outcomes desired including needs, preferences and pain points. Uncover opportunities to leverage new technology capabilities. Identify, elicit and document business processes for business users / groups.
