About the job: Advisory Engagement Manager Basic Qualifications / Experience 10+ years in project management in IT/business initiatives 10+ years of experience in business analysis in IT/business initiatives 10+ years in IT/business consulting – knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques Understanding of IT network operations and ITSM Understanding of ITIL principles and practices Strong business acumen, with understanding of organisational / business strategy and values and how that drives IT Experience in developing consultative relationships with senior level stakeholders (internal / external / client) Excellent communication and client influencing skills, at all levels of management and personnel Strong proficiency in English, spoken and written Excellent documentation and presentation skills to senior management and C-level executives Ability to think big picture yet also have attention to detail Ability to manage multiple consulting programs, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications / Experience Experience working on the design, development and deployment of enterprise-supporting systems at scale Experience in building, implementing, and managing IT Operations Managed and delivered IT engagements for large, Enterprise customers.
