Your Mission As Captain on the Saab 340, you’ll lead from the front—delivering safe, efficient and on-time operations while championing a professional cockpit culture. Exercise command, decision-making and sound judgement across all phases of flight Uphold SOPs, SMS and regulatory standards in line with company policies Mentor and develop flight crew, fostering a collaborative, high-performance team Maintain exemplary standards of airmanship, customer care and operational reliability Work seamlessly with Operations, Engineering and Ground teams to keep the schedule moving Minimum Requirements Turbine PIC: Minimum 500 hours At least 500 hours command on turboprop or jet aircraft above 11,000 kg MTOW 12 months’ experience in Scheduled Air Transport Operations and/or FIFO Valid ATPL issued by CASA Current Class 1 Medical ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements where permitted by applicable law Non-Type Rated welcome: Saab 340 type training is provided to successful candidates.
