Qualifications and Experience Minimum Diploma of Children’s Services At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence in building trusting relationships with families and the wider community Valid Working With Children Check, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications All applicants must complete child safety screening before starting, and all staff must follow our child‑safe practices and those of our partner schools and early childhood services.
