Focusing on mid-market and enterprise sectors, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their strategic goals and align Novon’s services to support complex business challenges. This is a hands‑on, consultative sales role where your ability to communicate value, influence stakeholders, and manage a strong pipeline will be critical to your success. This role is ideal for a strategic sales professional with a proven track record in securing new clients and building long‑term partnerships. You’ll be instrumental in shaping value‑led propositions and thriving in a fast‑paced environment, bringing a passion for data‑driven solutions and a consultative approach to every client engagement. Key Responsibilities Identify and target new clients across key sectors through outbound prospecting, referrals and networking Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities Lead client discovery meetings to uncover business needs, challenges and priorities Present tailored consulting solutions in areas such as data strategy, engineering, analytics and digital transformation Prepare and manage proposals, pricing and contract negotiations Own the end‑to‑end sales process, from lead generation through to close Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client alignment and solution delivery Track and maintain CRM data, reporting regularly on pipeline activity and revenue forecasts About You We’re looking for someone who’s confident, proactive and able to communicate value in a way that resonates with business and technical stakeholders. You’ll also bring: Experience in business development or sales within consulting, IT services, or a technology environment Strong knowledge of solution selling or consultative sales methodologies The ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers Excellent communication, presentation and proposal writing skills Commercial acumen and the ability to structure deals that benefit both the client and the business A collaborative approach and the ability to work cross‑functionally with delivery and leadership teams Familiarity with CRM tools and disciplined sales tracking Why Join Novon?
