Job Summary In this position, you will establish and lead a project team and serve in a consulting and advisory role. You will set and manage workstream expectations, distribute the workload, provide guidance, evaluate and recommend changes to policies or procedures, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives. Your leadership will ensure that high quality work is completed on time and efficiently. This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor. Major Responsibilities Responsible for direction or performance of staff activities, including employee development and guidance within assigned area(s). Ensures processes and procedures are fully developed and implemented. Recommends changes to policies and guidelines where necessary. Creates and administers staff schedules and de-conflicts as necessary. Serves as a liaison between project teams, internal or external clients or other functional areas of the organization. Ensures work is completed on time and within established quality standards and provides reports to internal and external clients and/or project/functional management. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience. Required Knowledge and Skills Strategic thinker with ability to plan beyond immediate use cases toward enterprise-scale impact. Execution-focused, with track record of turning strategy into tangible outcomes. Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
