This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Run and review weekly CHEP and LOSCAM interstate transfer reports Monitor CHEP and LOSCAM pallet movements across SCT hired accounts Investigate pallet account anomalies and transactional discrepancies raised by trading partners Identify process gaps and provide internal training to improve pallet compliance and accuracy Liaise regularly with SCT National Office and interstate Pallet Controllers Coordinate weekly transfers of CHEP and LOSCAM dunnage pallets between states Validate internal hired pallet transactions and resolve discrepancies to minimise pallet loss Accurately process pallet dockets and ensure alignment with collections and deliveries in a timely manner Prepare and review load sheets to ensure correct pallet transfers between states Prepare and maintain pallet compliance and reporting documentation Support operational teams with additional administrative and pallet control duties as required Desired Skills and Experience About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Strong customer service skills with both internal and external stakeholders Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work Strong verbal and written communication skills The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Effective time management and the ability to prioritise competing workloads A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement A commitment to accuracy and operational excellence Previous experience in pallet control, transport, warehousing, or logistics administration (preferred) SCT is an equal opportunity employer and we recognise the value and importance of diversity.
