Topdrill is seeking a Yard Supervisor to join our team based in our Kalgoorlie yard. We are looking for a Monday to Friday role locally, with a variety of tasks, and a great team and culture. Description Keep the yard organised – organize storage and layout of rigs, consumables, parts and vehicles. Supervise yard staff, allocate jobs each day and check work is completed safely and on time. Oversee loading and unloading of inventory. Support operations and maintenance with mobilisation preparation and staging of gear for machinery movements. Coordinate tradespeople & contractors on site. Ensure the yard is kept tidy and safe to a high standard, ensuring compliance with relevant safety procedures. Requirements Able to pass a pre‑employment medical including a drug and alcohol screen. Have a great attitude to learning and working in a team. Able to obtain a National Police Clearance or hold a current NPC.
