About the Role As a Registered Nurse Grade 2, you will provide direct care, support and education to parents and infants within a therapeutic residential setting. You will work closely with families to: Support parenting confidence and skills Assist with infant sleep and settling strategies Monitor and support maternal and infant mental wellbeing Facilitate therapeutic group activities Contribute to care planning, reviews and discharge planning Respond to mental health and medical concerns in line with clinical policies The unit’s approach is grounded in attachment theory, mentalisation and the Solihull model, with a strong focus on strengthening family relationships and early intervention. This role works across a seven-day rotating roster including morning, afternoon and night shifts.
