We are seeking a dedicated Pricing Manager to join Banxa's growing commercial team. This role is focused on using data to optimize the performance of our existing partner portfolio by taking our pricing function to the next level . While we've built relationships with many high-profile partners, this role exists to ensure we are maximizing their full transaction volume potential. You will be responsible for executing our pricing strategy and using data to determine the optimum price to charge each of our customer segments. Your work is key to ensuring that we're maximizing the value of every single partner relationship. Responsibilities Building and refining our pricing systems. This includes leveraging our RFM model to set optimal prices for each customer segment and collaborating with product and tech teams to implement system improvements. Analyze key performance metrics to understand current transaction volume, user behavior, and revenue trends. Track this data over time to measure the impact of your optimizations and pinpoint new growth opportunities. Act as a critical resource for our Partner Success Managers, providing them with the data, insights, and recommendations they need to have effective conversations with our partners. Work closely with the Product and Data teams to inform product development and leverage Banxa’s data to its full potential. Create and present regular reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting the performance of our partner portfolio and the impact of our pricing optimizations. Qualifications 7+ years in pricing, business operations, or a similar data-focused role within a fast-paced technology environment. Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying large, complex relational datasets. A strong understanding of pricing models and customer segmentation strategies (e.g. RFM) and the ability to apply them to optimize revenue. Proven experience using data to drive business decisions and a track record of successfully improving performance metrics. Ability to do more than just collect data; necessary to normalize and interpret it, identify key trends, and translate those insights into a clear, actionable strategy. Skill in understanding business problems and clearly articulating complex data insights and strategic recommendations to internal teams, including those in non-technical roles. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams, providing them with the tools and information they need to succeed. Experience in the fintech, SaaS, or crypto/blockchain industries is a strong plus. Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis, data manipulation (Pandas), and modeling.
