Working closely with highly regarded senior practitioners, you will advise on a broad range of securitisation transactions, structured finance matters and alternative funding arrangements for a strong client base including credit funds, asset managers, non-bank lenders and financiers. The Role You will: Work on complex securitisation and structured finance transactions across a range of asset classes; Advise issuers, originators, financiers and intermediaries on structured funding arrangements; Draft and negotiate transaction documents and financing arrangements; Work closely with senior lawyers in a collaborative and supportive team environment; and Participate in business development and client relationship initiatives. About You You will ideally have: Post‑admission experience in banking & finance, securitisation or structured finance; A strong interest in securitisation and alternative funding structures; Excellent drafting and analytical skills; Commercially minded and proactive approach; Strong communication and relationship‑building skills; and A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.
