Analyse sales performance, pipeline health, and key operational metrics to inform strategic decisions. Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, and ongoing performance tracking across regions. Champion data accuracy, CRM governance, and scalable end‑to‑end business processes. Deliver revenue, product, and market analysis to support executive business reviews. Monitor and report on global KPIs to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements. Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate insights into actionable improvements and long‑term planning. What you will bring 5+ years' experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or a related analytical role – preferably in tech, SaaS, or software consulting. Strong proficiency in Tableau and QlikView for data visualisation and analytics. Advanced Excel and strong data modelling skills. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the business. Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable juggling priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
