They streamline quoting, compliance, job management and high‑volume repair programs for insurance, residential and commercial builders. The product is already loved on the tools. Now it needs a seller who can take it national. Responsibilities You’ll be the one running the show in sales while still on the tools, owning mid‑market and enterprise deals. You won’t be babysitting a renewal book but instead building the foundation of the future sales organization. You’ll have SDR support, a platform that actually solves problems, and leadership that genuinely wants you pushing for bigger, more complex deals. Run demos, negotiate contracts, and lead the national expansion effort. Be at the table when decisions are made; you won’t be waiting for someone in another timezone to approve your ideas. Qualifications Proven experience selling construction tech – job management, field service, repair or trade software into builders, contractors and subcontractors. Comfortable speaking with owners, site supervisors and other stakeholders. Experience doing the calls, running the demos and negotiating contracts.
