Responsibilities Work as a Clinic Coordinator supporting all Audika Hearing clinics in the NSW region, with a base clinic location in Sydney North West (Mon‑Fri, 9am‑5pm, no weekends), 50% of the time at the base clinic and 50% roaming across other clinics. Collaborate with clinicians and hearing technicians (where applicable) to provide quality hearing health care outcomes for all clients. Learn about all Audika products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programmes, and expertly apply tailored client‑specific sales strategies to ensure clients receive the best possible solutions. Help clinic performance and enhance the customer experience by contributing to the clinic’s success and the overall hearing care journey. Qualifications Previous sales and customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health. Experience working with an older demographic (preferred).
