We are looking for the following Skills/Experience: Enterprise Architecture Principles Frameworks- Understanding of TOGAF, government architecture principles, strategy to execution flows. BPMN & Other Modelling Standards- Ability to create process maps, capability models, and user journey maps using consistent notation. Service Design & Human Centered Design Practices- Familiarity with personas, journey mapping, codesign workshops, and problem framing. Data & Integration Awareness- Understanding how data flows, integrations, APIs, and iteration planning. Supporting future technology research by exposing requirements for maturing business capabilities that depend on business value chains, processes, information assets, operational models, regulatory constraints, opportunities.
