We’re launching Skool , a calm online community platform, and we’re looking for a Skool Community Manager to help us set it up and nurture it into a safe, welcoming space. About the role Set up and organise our Skool community spaces Welcome new members and volunteers Post gentle prompts, updates, and reminders Help keep discussions respectful, inclusive, and on track Flag any concerns to the leadership team (you are not expected to handle crises) This is a supportive, non-clinical role focused on connection, clarity, and community care. This role is ideal for someone who: Has lived experience of disability, chronic illness, neurodivergence, or mental health (highly valued) Enjoys online community spaces and gentle moderation Is calm, empathetic, and organised Communicates clearly and respectfully Is comfortable using online platforms (training provided) You do not need formal qualifications — we value lived experience and community skills.
