Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Urban Renewal Precinct Transformation, Perth The Role Working clientside within our highly experienced team, youll take ownership of the civil and enabling works required to unlock future development across the precinct. As the Project Manager/Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project, including cost, program, risk, design, approvals, procurement, delivery and superintendency, with responsibility for coordinating multiple work packages and stakeholders. Youll work closely with the client, contractor, specialist consultants, government agencies, utility authorities and stakeholders, guiding complex planning, design and delivery excellence across all facets of the project. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end project management and delivery of civil works for a large‑scale brownfield / urban renewal precinct. Manage design coordination, approvals and authority interfaces. Provide project management, superintendency and contract administration across multiple packages. Drive program, cost, risk and reporting on a complex, high‑impact project. Work collaboratively together with the client, responsible Project Director and Bureau Veritas project team. Build strong working relationships with the client, contractors, consultants, government and stakeholders. About You You’re a highly experienced civil project delivery or land development professional with proven experience delivering urban renewal, precinct or large‑scale civil/land redevelopment projects. You’ll bring: Strong technical understanding of civil project delivery and land development. Experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 civil contractors and multidisciplinary consultant teams. Confidence operating in complex stakeholder environments. A disciplined, proactive outcomes‑focused approach to design, program, cost and risk management. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the design process. Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated relevant experience in a related role are essential. A background in civil engineering and/or experience in clientside consultancy roles on transformational projects is highly regarded.
