ABOUT THE POSITION In this position you will play an important role in the long-term growth and success of our team. Working alongside our highly experienced Associate Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for completing and taking ownership of a number of key HR-related tasks across the business. DUTIES Internal recruitment Set up, onboard, and induct new employees Employee training and development Update and issue internal contracts Develop and update internal HR systems and policies Implement company performance management systems Prepare and execute HR related initiatives Supplier management General ad hoc HR tasks SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Tertiary qualification is Human Resources Management (completed or in progress) A minimum 1-2 years' experience conducting HR duties CANDIDATE PROFILE You do not need experience working for a recruitment company.
