Position Overview Full Time Venue Manager at The Glasshouse in Caulfield East. Lead day‑to‑day operations with a focus on customer service, revenue targets, compliance, and back‑of‑house reporting. Key Responsibilities Ensure the venue achieves set financial targets. Prepare reports accurately and submit on time. Coach, mentor, and lead the team. Plan recruitment and forecast labor in line with the budget. Ensure compliance with all external bodies. Develop a venue strategy to deliver key items in the overall business strategy. Set a standard of customer service and train all employees accordingly. This role is fast‑paced and may require lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods, and using stairs. Qualifications Business-related qualifications preferred or 5+ years of industry experience. Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA). Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG). Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence. Food Handlers Certificate. TAB Compliance. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff effectively. High level of communication skills. Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
