We are seeking a dedicated SUPERVISOR – PAINT & BLAST to join our KAEFER team in the Pilbara region. This role will be offered on an 8/6 roster, with the point of hire being Perth, WA. The supervisor will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of supervision for painters and blast crew on site, ensuring timely completion of all activities and duties in alignment with KAEFER's objectives and values. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all painting operations in conjunction with work schedules and deadlines. Ensure compliance to all internal and client quality requirements and procedures for painting/blasting works. Conduct material inspections and review documentation to ensure compliance with project technical requirements. Report all non‑conformance incidents and provide feedback on solutions and turnaround time for corrections made. Assist the Project team in resolving discrepancies and ambiguities regarding site/actual conditions against drawings, methods, and project specifications. Ensure all projects are delivered in line with our core values. Develop and maintain key client relationships that foster mutual value creation. Ensure compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Painting Supervisory role within the Mining, Construction or Oil & Gas industry. Hold a Section 26 (S26) qualification to be appointed as a supervisor. Experience performing multidisciplinary inspections, interpreting isometric drawings, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions. Demonstrated ability to provide strong leadership, direction and mentoring. High attention to detail.
