Responsibilities Supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. Bringing high energy and a positive mindset, motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and memorable in‑store experiences. Leading and inspiring others with confidence, coaching and uplifting your team to achieve shared goals and build a strong, performance‑driven culture. Training, driving floor sales, and achieving results. Managing visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security. Qualifications Experience as a seasoned Assistant Store Manager or a high‑energy leader ready to step up. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example. Track record of driving sales and managing a dynamic team. Knowledge of retail operations, including visual merchandising, inventory control and floor management.
