The Opportunity In the role as the Supervisor Conveyor Service, you will lead and develop a team of conveyor personnel and deliver a high level of customer service. This is a key integral role in the Maintenance Service Team to plan and execute maintenance and improvement activities. Responsibilities Drive and comply with the Company Occupational Hazard Management Plan. Support critical maintenance and servicing activities for fixed plant equipment during plant shutdowns and breakdowns. Regularly inspect and audit the workplace/workshop. Report any defects immediately and rectify where safe and practical. Order, receive and maintain stock of general consumables and personal protective equipment at the necessary levels to support safe effective field operation. Provide formal summary reports on completion of each scope of work to operations and field services management. Required Qualifications 10 years’ experience in conveyor maintenance & belt slicing. C Class Drivers’ Licence. Mechanical Trade Qualification. Previous experience in a people management role. Ability to plan and lead team activities to ensure they are completed safely, efficiently, on budget and within expected time frames.
