Full-time, fixed term until Feb 2027. Gift Implementation Officer – join the Advancement Portfolio to maximise philanthropic impact for the University. Located at Camperdown/Darlington campus. HEO 5 with base salary starting from $89,755 plus 17% superannuation. Responsibilities Assist the Gift Implementation Manager with all gift implementation activities, including feasibility analysis, gift acceptance, processing, establishment, delivery, advisory, and capability development. Work closely with Development Officers to gather and formally document background knowledge on new significant and other strategic gifts to facilitate compliant and timely gift implementation via recipient areas. Support the Gift Implementation Team in providing input into the feasibility of potential gift opportunities to ensure they are deliverable and aligned with the University's gift acceptance policy. Qualifications Accurate, highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Strong planning, analysis and communication skills, able to work against strict deadlines and manage competing priorities. Excellent administrative skills and a general understanding of the project life cycle, documentation, standards and methodologies.
