About the role Applies strong digital and technical capability to improve service delivery and support solution design and project management Translates strategy into well-governed projects with clear roles, success measures, and risk management Uses critical thinking to solve complex problems, address root causes, and improve business outcomes Adapts quickly to changing priorities and works effectively across teams and stakeholders Builds and maintains strong stakeholder relationships by understanding needs and delivering shared outcomes Applies asset lifecycle management expertise to optimise performance, risk, cost, and investment decisions in line with strategy and compliance. Qualifications and experience Demonstrated experience in equipment operations and maintenance, field services management and transport asset management (mandatory) Demonstrated knowledge of smart ticketing technology, the communications equipment lifecycle and transport fare systems (desirable) Demonstrated experience in project management and associated methodologies (desirable) Pre-employment checks and employment conditions Relevant pre-employment screening and reference checks will be required.
