The opportunity Reporting to the Manager, Curriculum Implementation, the Education Partnerships Lead will play a key role in shaping how AICD identifies, delivers and scales external education partnerships across its curriculum. Build and embed a partnership framework to guide selection and delivery Integrate external partners into curriculum and program delivery Manage partnerships end-to-end, including contracts and operations Drive quality, performance and continuous improvement across programs About you Experience in education partnerships, program delivery or product roles Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple functions Ability to build frameworks, processes and scalable ways of working Commercial acumen with experience managing partnerships Comfortable navigating complexity and driving outcomes independently What’s on Offer Opportunity to build a function from the ground up National impact across a leading education provider Work across strategy, product and delivery Collaborative, purpose-driven organisation Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic initiatives Applicants must have a legal right to work in Australia.
