This role will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring the system is designed, integrated, and validated effectively. Duties of the role: Validate and refine high-level business requirements into functional/system detail. Translate requirements into functional specifications, integration designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Map system workflows, role-based actions, and compliance checkpoints. Define and validate integration points with existing systems (SaaS/API). Prepare and execute UAT scripts, ensuring functionality aligns with business needs. Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, IT teams, and vendor partners. Skillset and experience required: Proven experience as a Functional Analyst / Systems Analyst on enterprise IT projects. Hands-on experience implementing a Contractor Management System (CMS). Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms and API-based integrations. Skilled in process mapping, gap analysis, and functional documentation. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
