We’re looking for Registered Nurses to join our growing Community Nursing team in Adelaide in full or part time permanent positions. Role Overview As a Community Nurse you will build rapport with your clients in their homes, whilst providing care and service to clients in line with their personalised care plans, including health assessments, chronic wound care and medication administration as well as providing education and support to the patient and their family. You’ll work on a rotating 7-day roster between 7am and 10pm, with flexibility where possible and no night shifts. At Amplar Health , your wellbeing comes first. About you With previous experience working in the community, delivering a broad range of nursing care and interventions, you are comfortable working autonomously with a patient centred approach and can spot client deterioration.
