Senior Estimator - Residential Construction (Inner West, Sydney) A well-established residential home builder (confidential) based in Sydney's Inner West is seeking a Senior (or highly experienced) Estimator to join their team. This is a key hire for someone who can run accurate estimates and support smooth procurement delivery across live projects. The Role You’ll be responsible for end-to-end estimating across residential builds, working closely with construction and procurement to ensure pricing is accurate, suppliers are engaged early, and communication is consistent.
