Responsibilities Packing and loading customer goods for pick‑up Unloading goods on trucks Operating a forklift Assembly operations Removing parts from laser cut sheets Unloading parts from machines Grinding, sanding and finishing laser‑cut metal components Tapping, nut‑setting and studding of components Maintaining general housekeeping of work areas Assisting with folding and fabrication duties Ad‑hoc tasks as directed by the Production Supervisor Qualifications A current Australian forklift licence is essential Reliable work ethic High attention to detail and commitment to quality Hardworking and physically fit Good hand‑eye coordination Safety conscious and able to work in a busy environment Team‑player mindset Experience with hand and power tools Capable of working with minimal supervision Willingness to work weekend overtime Access to rewards and recognition programmes Training and ongoing support provided Employee assistance programme including financial counselling and nutritional coaching Company uniform and PPE provided Please note that candidates must have Australian work rights and will be asked to undergo a pre‑employment drug & alcohol testing.
