We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Subsurface Service Delivery Lead / Manager to oversee the delivery, support, and optimization of Subsurface applications and services. Key Responsibilities Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination capabilities. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Extensive experience within the oil & gas industry, particularly in Subsurface operations, including exploration, planning, GIS, and cost-related applications. Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and SQL scripting. Familiarity with industry-standard platforms and technologies such as Halliburton, Schlumberger, Oracle, and related enterprise applications. Sound understanding of ITIL practices and IT service management frameworks. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Strong client engagement and relationship management skills with a customer-focused approach. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in high-pressure environments.
