Responsibilities Work in design teams to help deliver exciting projects. Contribute to bids and tenders. Participate in our broader Intern challenge. Receive meaningful feedback and help iron out any kinks along the way. Candidate Qualifications Penultimate or pre‑penultimate student looking to kickstart your career with a summer internship. Submitted a compelling CV, cover letter, and transcript. Interest in engineering, science, project management, architecture or another consulting speciality. Internship Duration and Start Dates Interns generally commence in November and finish up mid‑late February to coincide with our next Graduate intake. A number of interns also continue working in the business on a casual basis after the formal internship period has wrapped up. Application Process Screening: We review applications as they arrive. Most screening happens after applications close. Virtual assessments: Record answers to straightforward questions and complete cognitive games. Interview: Face‑to‑face (where possible) with prospective team to discuss behavioural questions. Offer: Discuss salary, start date, onboarding process and expectations before your first day.
