Help us grow Journey in the NT. About the Role This is a hands‑on, embedded leadership role designed for leaders who love being close to practice and building strong, connected teams. You’ll support our existing NT services — Durack, Durack Heights, Millner and Nightcliff — while also playing a key role in welcoming and supporting our new Parap service as it opens. You’ll spend three days per week embedded in services , working side‑by‑side with Centre Leadership Teams to embed strong educational practice, uplift capability, and bring Journey’s Values, Standards and Vision to life in meaningful and consistent ways. This role offers genuine scope to shape culture, support new and evolving teams, and ensure quality and connection remain strong as the region continues to grow.
