The Role You will provide commercially focused financial support and strategic business partnering to site operational teams including: Partnering closely with site operational leaders to provide financial and commercial support, to understand cost drivers and operational performance Supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting and operational analysis processes. Preparing journals, accruals, reconciliations and supporting working papers to deliver month-end. Maintain key financial models (stockpile, mine development, amortisation) with a strong understanding of drivers. Delivering financial analysis and insights to support operational and strategic decision-making. Supporting capital expenditure requests, fixed asset management and finance transformation initiatives. Preparation of the reporting and compliance with State and Private royalties for the relevant operations. Building strong relationships with site teams through regular monthly travel and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, with CA/CPA qualification. Previous experience within mining and/or ASX-listed business environments. Strong management accounting, financial analysis and advanced Excel capability. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and business partnering skills. The ability to undertake regular monthly site travel and work collaboratively within a high-performing finance team. A current West Australian C Class driver’s licence and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance for site access clearance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
