Your Role As a Digital Enablement Manager at Allens, you will be part of the Innovation & Digital Solutions team based in Sydney or Melbourne. You will report to the Head of Innovation Services and work across hands‑on delivery and long‑term transformation. The role involves implementing high‑impact digital legal solutions, driving adoption, and embedding AI tools into legal practice. Responsibilities Establish and lead a digital enablement community to share best practice and support alignment across the firm. Partner with Practice Group Leaders, Solution Owners and Digital & AI Partners to embed tools into day‑to‑day legal work. Drive the adoption and effective use of digital solutions to ensure measurable value from the firm’s digital investments. Develop and coordinate adoption plans for core digital practice solutions, setting delivery approaches, success metrics and KPIs. Maintain robust reporting frameworks to track usage, impact and hours transformed through digital tools. Analyze success metrics and inform evidence‑based business decisions on resourcing, pricing and workforce design. Design and deliver user engagement, awareness and change initiatives, including coaching to partners, lawyers and project teams. Collaborate with SMEs and learning teams to shape and deliver digital capability uplift through training, coaching and just‑in‑time learning. Build cross‑practice and corporate services relationships, especially with Knowledge, Product Lab and Learning teams, to ensure scalable digital enablement. Qualifications Experience driving digital adoption, change and capability uplift in a legal or professional services environment. Strong analytical and commercial judgement with the ability to turn adoption data into actionable business insights. Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including credibility with partners and senior leaders. Experience designing and delivering learning and engagement programs that build practical digital capability. Disciplined and organized approach, able to manage competing priorities and deliver against agreed outcomes. High proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience using planning and reporting tools (e.g. Teams Planner, Jira, Confluence, Power BI). Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across practice groups and corporate services teams.
