We are currently looking to grow our Rental Operations team and are seeking a proactive and efficient. We currently have an excellent opportunity available to drive the success of the Europcar business by managing our Bassendean and Osborne Park branches. Reporting to the WA Rental Operations Manager, this is a pivotal role within the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing these two locations as well as ensuring the efficient management of these branches. This role is responsible to deliver company business objectives through demonstrated and effective Leadership and Management of the Bassendean and Osborne Park Branch Operations, promoting a continuous improvement culture that regularly reviews and challenges the way that functions are performed. Motivated and driven, your demonstrated experience in customer service and a proven track record in sales will ensure you are able to hit the ground running in this leadership opportunity. Exceptional time management skills coupled with your passion for coaching others to succeed will support your success in this ‘hands on’ role. Responsibilities Oversee Bassendean and Osborne Park branches to meet current budgets and KPIs Drive the rental utilisation, sales and customer service within these branches Manage health and safety within the branches Train, lead and manage staff to include rosters Drive continuous improvement within the workplace Qualifications Experience in vehicle rental will be viewed favourably Ability to build and maintain strong relationships Desire to work in a ‘hands on’ role Excellent communication skills and ability to build and promote safety within the workplace Unrestricted manual driver’s licence (MR licence preferred) We look forward to your application. #J-18808-Ljbffr
