What You'll Do: Based in the Kerang region, you’ll work closely with a well-established customer base across dryland and irrigated systems, supporting crop and pasture decisions while driving commercial growth in a key market. Provide practical, on-farm agronomic advice across broad acre cropping, pasture and fertiliser programs, staying ahead of seasonal conditions and best practice Build strong, trusted customer relationships and deliver high-quality after-sales support Identify growth opportunities and increase uptake of Nutrien products and services across your portfolio Contribute to branch performance through forecasting and input planning Represent Nutrien across local field days, industry events and customer functions Share market insights on seasonal trends, competitor activity and local opportunities What You'll Bring: Sales experience in agronomy, with confidence providing on-farm production advice (2+ years) A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Ag Science) or equivalent experience Customer‑first approach with strong communication and relationship‑building skills across growers, suppliers and internal teams Planning and commercial awareness, including forecasting, identifying opportunities and using customer data to drive outcomes Computer literacy and comfort using farm management systems What You'll Get: A competitive remuneration package Access to incentive programs Use of company vehicle Purchased leave scheme benefits An additional day of leave – Nutrien Day A supportive, flexible, and engaging environment that will support personal/professional development Opportunities to support community partnerships across our network Be a member of a company committed to feeding the future Ongoing training and development to pursue individual ambitions A culture of learning!
