About Us Community Correctional Services (CCS) contributes to the safety of the community by applying practices that reduce reoffending and connect individuals to programmes, services and community. CCS manages individuals on court orders, those who have committed serious sex offences on post‑sentence supervision and prisoners on parole. Community Work and Partnerships is one of four service delivery streams within CCS, responsible for developing mutually beneficial partnerships with government agencies and non‑government organisations so that individuals can undertake unpaid work as part of their community‑based sentence imposed by the Courts of Victoria. About the Role As the Supervisor you will lead a team of Community Work Officers, Community Work Development Officers, Leading Field Officers and Field Officers. You will work closely with the community to establish partnerships that promote opportunities for individuals to participate in meaningful work that promotes rehabilitation and enhances community safety. The position will be primarily based in Dandenong but will require work across other locations within the South Metropolitan Region.
