As our Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our comprehensive brand marketing initiatives. You will plan, execute, and creatively direct strategies that align with our ambitious goals across both D2C and B2B channels. Strategy, Creative & Leadership Lead end-to-end brand marketing campaign planning. You’ll own the marketing calendar and ensure cross-functional teams have crystal-clear briefs for aligned execution across collection drops, sales periods, and restocks. Spearhead the overarching Marketing Strategy, ensuring a perfect marriage between our creative brand vision and commercial priorities. Lead, mentor, and empower a talented Brand Creative & Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator. Collaborate with Brand Experience, PR, and Social teams to develop strategic influencer collaborations and high-impact content. B2B & Wholesale Marketing Develop, manage, and execute all wholesale marketing activities. Partner with our Wholesale Manager to deploy tiered marketing activations, creating bespoke campaigns and in-store activations that drive foot traffic and local community connection. Design and brief high-quality B2B marketing collateral. Nurture relationships with key B2B stakeholders to drive partnerships and mutual growth. Collection Launch Management Orchestrate show-stopping collection launches. You will align the Brand Experience, PR, Social, and Digital Marketing teams on objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, utilizing data and group learnings from previous drops to refine and elevate future launches. Translate data from Social Media & Digital Marketing reports into actionable, forward-thinking brand marketing plans. Establish benchmarks for marketing initiatives based on KPI’s set by the Founder. Use the budget tracker to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, are incredibly cost-effective, and maximise ROI. Continuously align marketing strategies with overall business objectives through close collaboration with sales and product development. Commercial & Analytical Mastery Translate data from Social Media & Digital Marketing reports into actionable, forward-thinking brand marketing plans. Establish benchmarks for marketing initiatives based on KPI’s set by the Founder. Use the budget tracker to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, are incredibly cost-effective, and maximise ROI. Continuously align marketing strategies with overall business objectives through close collaboration with sales and product development. Who You Are (Skills & Experience) We are looking for someone who has "been there, done that" but is still hungry to create magic. Experienced: Proven background in senior marketing roles within the fashion and/or eCommerce industry, with a strong grasp of both D2C and B2B landscapes. Educated: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Natural Leader: Strong leadership capabilities with a genuine passion for developing and nurturing talent. Must have previously lead a team. A Creative Strategist: You have an exceptional eye for brand building, PR, and influencer marketing, balanced with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and consumer behaviour. An Organiser: Exceptional project management skills. You can wrangle a marketing calendar and keep a fast-paced team on track without breaking a sweat. A Communicator: Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
