Role Overview Graduate Environmental Advisor (8:6), 2‑year graduate program focused on developing and improving Environmental Management Systems across Westgold Operations. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and continual improvement of the Environmental Management Systems. Participate in practical on‑site and office‑based environmental activities under mentorship. Support environmental monitoring, reporting and compliance activities across multiple mines. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in an environmental discipline. Practical experience (e.g., internships) is advantageous. Strong computer literacy skills. Excellent communication skills with all levels of operation. Valid Australian manual driver’s licence. National Police Clearance valid within the last 12 months.
