Established less than two years ago, the business has already grown funds under management to approximately $80 million through the successful execution of four transactions, including both income-producing assets and development projects. The next chapter is even more exciting. With a clearly defined growth strategy, strong market momentum and an active pipeline of opportunities, the business is targeting growth from approximately $80 million to $400 million in funds under management over the next 12-24 months. As a result, this appointment represents far more than a traditional Investment Manager role. It is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial platform at an inflection point and work directly alongside the Founder to help build a leading investment management business. The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Founder, you will be involved across the full investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, capital deployment, transaction execution, development feasibility, portfolio management and investor engagement. You will have genuine exposure to strategic decision-making and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the growth and evolution of the platform. About You We are interested in speaking with exceptional investment professionals with approximately 7-10 years of experience gained within: Investment banking Corporate finance Property private equity Funds management Whilst direct real estate investment experience will be highly regarded, the Founder is equally interested in candidates who bring strong transaction capability, commercial judgement and financial acumen from adjacent investment environments.
