Overview Macarthur Disability Services (MDS) has supported people with disabilities, the frail aged, and their carers for over 40 years. MDS promotes the rights and aspirations of people with disabilities through innovative service design and a culture of quality, respect, and empowerment. MDS seeks a Senior Clinical Manager for its Allied Health teams. The role will oversee Behaviour Support and Allied Health services, manage participants, people, finances, and stakeholders, and align with MDS strategic direction. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Behaviour Support and Allied Health services in line with MDS strategic goals. Oversee NDIS intake, transition, and onboarding of participants across services. Ensure compliance with NDIS frameworks, particularly Positive Behaviour Support and Restrictive Practices. Provide leadership to staff through coaching, mentoring, supervision, and performance management. Review and endorse Behaviour Support Plans. Contribute to workforce planning, including recruitment and selection of staff. Support financial sustainability through budget development and monitoring program expenditure. Participate in the MDS On‑Call Program (up to 5 weeks annually). Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across participants, families, and external partners. Qualifications and Experience Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health/Human Services (Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or relevant discipline). Minimum proficient level or above Practitioner Suitability per NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission PBS framework. Current NSW driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle. Desirable: Occupational Therapy qualification. Desirable: Early intervention/paediatric experience. Desirable: Applied Behavioural Analysis experience.
