With a significant pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team in Perth. The Opportunity You will play a key role in the commercial management of civil engineering projects, supporting delivery from pre‑construction through to final account. Projects typically include: Infrastructure and groundworks Roads and highways Utilities and drainage Large‑scale civil engineering schemes Key Responsibilities Assist in the commercial management of projects from tender through to completion Prepare cost forecasts, budgets, and reports Manage subcontractor procurement, payments, and variations Support the administration of contracts (NEC experience preferred) Monitor project costs and identify risks and opportunities Assist with valuations, change control, and final accounts Ensure compliance with company procedures and commercial best practice Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders About You Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure projects Working knowledge of NEC contracts is essential Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Good communication and organisational skills Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively A proactive and team‑oriented approach Requirements Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Previous experience in a similar role within civil engineering (2.5 years of experience minimum) Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer Competitive salary and annual bonus Flexible working arrangements Clear and structured career progression opportunities Exposure to a strong pipeline of long‑term projects Supportive and collaborative team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
