Role Overview We’re looking for a proactive Catalogue Manager to lead and scale our catalogue operations, ensuring our digital storefront showcases the best of Salty’s style. This role demands a strategic mind, meticulous execution, and a passion for presenting fashion products in a way that delights customers and drives business growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day management of the catalogue team (3–6 members), including performance, workflows, and training. Content & Quality Control Ensure accurate, on‑brand product data: titles, descriptions, SKUs, attributes, pricing, size & color options, images. Implement processes to fix listing errors, ensure SEO optimisation, and maintain high‑quality standards. Curate and manage seasonal drops and thematic collections aligned with the brand’s roadmap. Collaborate with design, merchandising, and e‑commerce teams to create rich, customer‑driven catalogue content. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work with product management, design, supply, and e‑commerce marketing to ensure timely and high‑impact launches. Act as the liaison for external partners like photographers, model agencies, and listing platforms. Analytics & Performance Tracking Regularly review catalogue KPIs: completeness, traffic, conversions, bounce rate. Identify opportunities to enhance content through A/B testing, seasonal updates, and merchandising strategies. Systems & Tools Management Optimize use of PIM (Product Information Management), DAM (Digital Asset Management), CMS, or ERP platforms, and evaluate tools that streamline catalogue operations. Requirements 5–8 years catalogue/product content experience in fashion/fashion accessories. At least 3 years managing catalogue teams. Experience in fashion D2C/e‑commerce: jewelry, accessories, apparel. Strong understanding of product taxonomy, metadata, SEO, CMS workflows, and PIM tools. Analytical mindset. Data‑driven and comfortable with metrics such as CTR, AOV, conversion, error rate. Proven ability to manage and mentor teams, set productivity standards.
