Or perhaps you're an experienced Program Coordinator ready to step into a Project Manager role. We're seeking a Project Manager to take charge of the end-to-end contract management process within a key strategic program. As a crucial member of the Operations & Enablement division, you will lead the management of vendor SOWs (Statements of Work), ensuring all contracting processes are executed smoothly, on time, and aligned with program delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Contract Management Process: Oversee all vendor SOWs for the program, ensuring each aligns with the overall project plan. Develop and Drive the Plan: Create, implement, and manage a comprehensive Project Management Plan, covering all key contracts and milestones. Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Engage and collaborate with key internal stakeholders, ART supply teams, and vendors to ensure project delivery is on track. Monitor and Report Progress: Keep the contracting pipeline visible and ensure it's fully aligned with the delivery and commercial teams. Proactive Risk Management: Identify, track, and escalate potential risks early to ensure the program's success. Ensure Process Clarity: Develop clear processes, frameworks, and communication channels that all stakeholders can follow and adopt. About You: You've got Project Management experience or a background in program coordination , with a passion for driving results and improving processes. You thrive on assertively managing stakeholders and hold yourself accountable for project delivery. Detail-oriented with a strong ability to track and manage multiple priorities across large programs. You're proactive, solutions-focused, and always ready to identify and address risks before they impact delivery. You may already be a Project Manager, or perhaps you're an experienced Program Coordinator eager to grow into a more hands-on Project Manager role.
