Overview Beca’s Power business operates as a combined Asia Pacific business, delivering renewable and power projects across Generation, Transmission, Distribution and HV Power services. This newly created Section Manager role will support the growth of the Power business in Australia, based in Sydney, leading recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, retention and collaboration across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead the Power team through growth with a primary focus on recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, retention, wellbeing and resourcing. Enable engagement and work-sharing with other Beca sections and business lines to balance workload and grow capability. Lead a high‑performing team that excels at technical delivery, client service, innovation, quality and achieves delivery to project work package cost plans. About You Leadership experience building and developing high‑performing teams, demonstrated track record of navigating rapid growth. Strong culture setting, professionalism and inclusive collaborative culture. Ability to inspire, guide, develop and challenge other professionals with 1:1 development focus. Action‑focused, ability to balance competing time commitments, comfortable making commercial judgments. Broad leadership skills, understanding of employment issues from a people leadership perspective. Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross‑team collaboration skills.
