Senior Full Stack Engineer Location: Melbourne Department: Consulting Responsibilities Build and ship full stack features end-to-end. Work in AWS, including infrastructure via CDK. Make pragmatic technical decisions. Mentor and coach junior engineers. Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams. Help set a good standard for how we build and deliver software. Own delivery from end to end – not just the tech, but the outcomes. Lead projects from proposal to production. Shape delivery with clients, keeping timelines, scope and expectations healthy. Spot risks early and remove roadblocks before they become headaches. Navigate technical and non‑technical conversations with clarity and empathy. Break down complex ideas into simple, actionable plans. Design architectures that balance security, scalability, identity, cost and operations. Engage in thoughtful, respectful debate that gets to the best solution. Build high‑quality software that makes a real difference. Qualifications Strong experience as a senior engineer – 4+ years. Solid experience with TypeScript and React. Experience building and running systems on AWS. Comfortable talking to non‑engineers and customers. Passion for evolving tech, including AI and Data. Outcome‑focused approach to engineering. Strong full‑stack engineering experience (TypeScript, React, Angular, .NET Core or similar). Comfortable designing and building in AWS (CDK, Lambda, serverless patterns). Understanding of architecture fundamentals: security, scalability, operational needs. Good communication, ability to influence, maintain calm under pressure. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Ability to adapt quickly, stay curious, and solve customer problems. Optional consulting experience.
