Our client is seeking a reliable and motivated full-time Administration Officer to join their Australind team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting multiple departments and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. Daily Tasks: Provide day to day administrative support for the Administration, Sales and Transport teams Managing contractor and customer enquiries via phone, email, and at the front counter Supporting the Sales team, Human Resources, and Supervisors Maintaining office filing systems and records Processing invoices and purchases, and monitoring uniform stock levels Handling delivery dockets and sales receipts Preparing and submitting quotes Maintaining product inventory and stock databases Skills & Experience: Previous experience with MYOB Accounting Software (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong customer service skills Excellent time management and organisational abilities Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening Valid working rights in Australia #J-18808-Ljbffr
