Job Summary We are currently seeking candidates for the Project Information and Digital (I&D) Lead role on a number of upcoming studies and projects in various Australian locations. These are hands‑on leadership roles, focused on planning and implementation of all aspects of ICT and digital technologies for the project and jobsite. This position is designated as part‑time telework and may require at least three days of in‑person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Major Responsibilities Meet regularly with the PM and team, customer I&D representatives, project personnel, and off‑project I&D leadership to understand overall project IT needs. Work with off‑project I&D leadership to expedite resolutions to emerging issues and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders. Develop project I&D cost, quantity, and resourcing estimates. Coordinate broadly to maintain open communication and provide a customer‑focused service for analysis and resolution of I&D‑related issues. Work within a global support model, leveraging established governance for I&D services and support, change management, asset management, etc. Report to PM and team and I&D management on current plans, priorities, actions, and roadblocks. Support an innovation culture, seeking opportunities to improve processes, standardise data, and promote AI methodologies. Education and Experience Requirements Level 1 – 8+ years industry experience or 10+ years work experience; recognised STEM degree or specialised courses in IT, engineering or related fields. Level 2 – 10+ years industry experience or 15+ years work experience; recognised STEM degree or specialised courses in IT, engineering or related fields. Required Knowledge And Skills Ability to partner with project teams to review and understand end‑to‑end work processes and planning to support study and project execution. Experience managing people, providing mentoring and guidance. Experience developing and managing budgets and scope changes that may have a cost or schedule impact. Technical knowledge of desktop and server computing, cloud computing, wired and wireless networks, construction site technology (two‑way radio, push‑to‑talk, access control, etc.). Knowledge of work processes, applications, and data integration to enable clear documentation and articulation of plans. Ability to translate technical information into practical terms for discussion and presentation to broad audiences. Demonstrate a strong safety focus and value the development and maintenance of customer relationships that clearly define expectations and responsibilities.
