The Role Due to continued growth, the Employment Relations and Safety team is seeking an exceptional Lawyer or Senior Associate to join its Sydney office. This leading practice advises major private and public sector clients across a broad range of employment, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety matters. The team is known for handling complex and strategic advisory, litigation, and investigation work across a variety of industries. You will work alongside highly respected practitioners on matters including: Employment disputes and litigation Workplace investigations Industrial relations and enterprise bargaining Workplace health and safety advisory and prosecution matters Discrimination, bullying and harassment claims Executive employment and termination issues Regulatory investigations and compliance matters This role offers exposure to high-quality work, direct client engagement, and the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and dynamic team.
