In this Role, you’ll get to Support Market Managers in building and maintaining strong relationships with hotel partners by helping introduce Trip.com Group’s products, tools, and technology solutions. Assist in optimising hotel listings on the Trip.com platform, including room types, pricing, promotions, availability, and content, learning how data and technology drive commercial performance. Collaborate across teams to help resolve partner or customer issues and ensure a smooth end-to-end experience. Help manage partner communications, including assisting with invoicing queries and operational follow‑ups. Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to understand how partner performance, campaigns, and promotions impact bookings and customer satisfaction. Contribute to ad‑hoc projects related to market research, process improvement, or new initiatives within the Hotel team.
